Tour de Palm Springs
CVSPIN (Coachella Valley Serving People in Need) is hosting their 14th annual Tour de Palm Springs Charity Bicycle Ride on February 11, 2012. Guide Dogs of the Desert can benefit as a participating charity with your help. You can participate in the bike ride or volunteer at the event.
Bike Ride
There are 5 rides you can choose from; 5, 10, 25, 56, and 100 miles. You can register for the bike ride at www.tourdepalmsprings.com. Then go to Register. Please make sure to list Guide Dogs of the Desert as the Charity/Organization. Please see the website for specific information regarding the bike ride.
Volunteer
They are also asking for volunteers to help with the ride on Saturday, February 11th from 6am to 8am and 9am to 11am. They also need help at the information booth between 5am and 1:00pm. If you volunteer for the event you will receive a free t-shirt.
